That's the world we're building, and we want you to help us spread it!We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Enterprise Account Executive to sell our industry leading VR SaaS (VRaaS) transformation programmes to senior executives at global businesses, on an enterprise level. Our transformation training programmes are loved by our customers at Nike, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and more! Who wouldn’t love immersive educational experiences

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be working on things like Building a healthy and consistent pipeline of new business with some of the world’s most ambitious companies.Quarterback every stage of a global sales process. Work with the wider go-to-market teamto get the power of Gemba’s solution across to VP level+ clients.Create powerful proposals and supporting materials which inspire your clients and embed the value of working with Gemba.Scale long-term, multi market, multi-year deals from £100,000 to £1.2m and beyond (we have already proven this can be done, so you will be standing on the shoulders of giants).Bring your personality and creativity to work. Find solutions for you which are extraordinary – not the basics that everyone expects.Handle objections and negotiate with the end in mind.Research and execute thoughtful stage strategies. We don’t fly by the seat of our pants here – we plan carefully and execute fast to ensure success.This job could be yours
if you have…5+ years’ enterprise SaaS sales experienceTraining in core sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC/PIC or similarExperience dealing with C-level stakeholders and decision makers in global businessesAbility to create sophisticated enterprise programs based on clients’ pain points, and work seamlessly with colleagues to execute a sales process.Extremely strong live presentation skills and ability to form and control a sales narrative using PowerPoint.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to Be coachable. We thrive on feedback at Gemba and we’re always looking for ways to work together across the Go to Market team to strengthen our sales opportunities and the programs we deploy.Be confident with technology. We don’t expect you to build virtual reality environments but we do expect you to be proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel and sales tools to create engaging material and ensure you work seamlessly with your colleagues.Be meticulous. We expect top notch CRM hygiene and forecasting. Be comfortable in recording the detail of your sales process, the health of your opportunities and how you are carefully controlling your path to success.Sound like you?
