Senior Engineering Manager

We love what we do and are constantly trying new things with a bias to action and healthy debate.Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of engineers, including providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of software projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, architecture design, and software testing. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team. Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and budgeting for engineering projects. Identify and resolve technical challenges, and provide guidance on technical feasibility and approach.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or a similar leadership role. Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in software development. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget. Experience in agile development methodologies would be a plus.
