Senior Engineer

Henry Maritn Group are partnered with a major tier 1 Contractor to source a Senior Engineer to oversee a handful of schemes. You would spend your time between 2-3 project, visiting them 1-2 per week. You should have a proven track record of overseeing the engieering related activities on major RC frame developments. This contractor run residential, commercial and higher education schemes.�

Roles & Responsibilities:�

• Manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget


• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans


• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards


• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and staff


• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field


• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry


• MICE accreditation is highly desired


• Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
