Senior Engineer:
Danny Sullivan Group is searching for a highly motivated Senior Site Engineer to join our clients team for a long-term project at Devonport Dockyard. This role offers an opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise and contribute significantly to a large-scale project within an industry-leading civil engineering firm.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight and leadership for high-value subcontract packages encompassing in-situ and precast concrete.
Implement and champion a culture of quality excellence at the site level, ensuring adherence to rigorous standards for both workmanship and documentation.
Lead and mentor the site engineering team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Proactively manage the construction supply chain, ensuring progress, effective coordination, and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Develop, review, and monitor construction methodology documentation (RAMS, ITPs) to guarantee compliance with company quality management systems and client requirements.
Oversee the production of accurate and comprehensive as-built documentation reflecting the project's final state.
Champion information management best practices within the project team, ensuring adherence to established procedures and requirements.
