A well-established and growing food company based in the Northallerton Area is looking for an�experienced Electrical biased Senior Engineer to join the business.
The�successful Senior Engineer will be responsible for:�
- Carry out reactive and proactive maintenance of site machinery, equipment and systems to minimise downtime, optimise performance and maximise safety
- Daily completion of the Engineering work log
- Ensure work orders are completed to a high standard within the required time scale
- Carry out PPM work in accordance to the monthly schedule
- Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice
- PLC fault finding and programming
- Panel building�
- Work within all Technical, Health and Safety and Hygiene procedures at all times
- Effectively and efficiently source and use resources, including spare parts, consumables and equipment
- Coach and mentor the apprentices and semi-skilled members of the engineering team

The salary is advertised up to �50k DOE plus any potential additional paid overtime. As Senior Engineer you will be working a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with a mix of days and nights.�

We would love to see your CV if you are a Maintenance Engineer with the following:- Qualified to preferably HNC/HND but will consider NVQ level 3 (or equivalent, ONC mechanical/electrical, BTEC level 3 in mechanical & electrical/electronic engineering)�
- A proven track record in an engineering and fault-finding role gained from a FMCG environment (ideally the food industry).
- A good understanding of HACCP principles and ideally IEE qualification (17th�or 18th�edition wiring regulations).
- Has excellent analytical, planning & organising skills
