Senior Engineer - 4 ON 4 OFF DAYS AND NIGHTS

Location: Bushey, Hertfordshire

A world renowned pharmaceutical company are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer with a strong technical background to lead and manage their site engineering and utilities team. The Senior Engineer will manage a team of up to 15 Multi-skilled Engineers and will be the go to person for all technical issues on shift. The Senior Engineer must have a strong electrical technical background and come from a manufacturing of process background with strong leadership and management skills- in return you will work in a highly technical GMP environment where there will be huge amounts of personal development and career progression available.

Skills required for the Senior Engineer:

• Multi-skilled
• Electrical qualification
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role
• Manufacturing or process background
• HAPPY TO WORK DAYS AND NIGHTS
