Job Title: Senior Engineer - Electrical Engineering (Control and Instrumentation) Location: Barrow-In-Furness, Brough, Portsmouth, Weymouth, Frimley, Manchester or Filton - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: CompetitiveWhat you'll be doing:Developing hardware and software design solutions to agreed time, cost and quality in accordance with project or business milestonesDeveloping and managing requirements and acceptance criteria specific to a system or product and/or across a system of systems, platform, or programmeProducing documentation required to support the design review process, including: diagrams; technical specifications; supporting calculations; design evidence and test documentationInstalling relevant systems to the design documentation, ensuring all work is done safely and to all relevant standardsEnsuring compliance against contractual requirements and that work is undertaken in accordance with company, safety, environmental, contractual and local business processes, standards, procedures and documentationYour skills and experience:A relevant Science, Technology, Engineering or, Mathematics (STEM) Degree or equivalent qualification and experience within an Engineering backgroundExperience in PLC and SCADA programming, C&I system verification test design or parts specification would be advantageousDemonstrable experience of engineering lifecycle and technical specialitiesWorking towards relevant Professional Registration is advantageousBenefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
