Senior Energy Coordinator

The Role
S.A.W Resourcing Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Energy Client Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Leicester City Centre on a permanent basis.
The role requires an immediate start.
The role of the Senior Energy Client Coordinator is an extraordinarily varied, complex and fast paced but a highly interesting and rewarding role too! The role will be working within the wider sales team, where you will be a pinnacle point of contact within the processing chain. You will be mainly responsible for analysing and complex query resolution for customer and energy suppliers relating to energy management and bill validation .
Duties include (and you must have experience with)
Taking full ownership of complex queries, starting from logging the query through to resolution. You will work closely with the relevant suppliers and departments to provide a solution and by understanding the complexity and detail of each query.
You will take full responsibility for updating the customers daily on their query status. You will also manage, maintain and organise the daily customer query database log, to ensure that all queries are being dealt with and are up to date and being dealt with inline with SLA.
