Job DescriptionMiller Byrne are partnering with a leading international financial services firm to appoint a Senior Employee Relations Manager.Reporting directly to the Head of Employee Relations, you will be responsible for managing the Employee Relations case management and advisory team and play a pivotal role in mitigating reputational and legal risks across the business.Key responsibilities will include:Management and leadership of the Employee Relations Case Management and Advisory team.Work closely with the Head of Employee Relations in developing and driving the ER strategy and embedding it across the business.Provide recommendations on implementation of HR policies, procedures and strategic initiatives to ensure effective and fair leadership decisions.Responsible for the delivery of expert advice to line managers across the firm to enable effective management and facilitation of sensitive employee relations issues.Responsible for managing the case load as assigned to the team, including timely handling of cases.Actively manages relationships across the business including staff councils and ESG’s, driving employee engagement across the employee relations landscape.The successful candidate should have an extensive and proven track record in Employee Relations at a Senior level and have excellent people management skills. HR experience gained across an international environment and/or an employment law background would be advantageous.
