Job Description
Senior Embedded Systems Engineer – Gloucestershire - £50,000 - £60,000
I’m working with a software and hardware design consultancy who special in Embedded System implementation and prototyping for world leading companies. Based on recent increase of workload after securing some new projects they are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing software of embedded devices and systems.
Designing, developing, coding, testing and debugging system software.
You will be expected to solve intricate problems which will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design efficient and reliable solutions.
You will take ownership for work quality, fielding software-related issues, investigating and making necessary adjustments to ensure technical standards are met and optimal software performance is achieved.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience
HNC (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or Similar
PCB Design & Schematic Capture
Experience in C/C++
Specialised knowledge of Embedded systems.
Understanding of both hardware and software.
Electronics, microcontrollers, programming , and real-time operating systems.
