Senior Email Marketing Executive

You’ll work with intuitive tools to create segments and really personalise our customer’s journey with measurable outcomes in a performance driven space. Your manager, Ata (Senior eCRM Manager), has been with Simply Business for over 10 years, he will work to encourage your personal leadership and independence to help you progress your career with us. In fact, we've had several people in the team that have progressed to higher roles. As one of our Senior Email Marketing Specialists, you’ll:take a customer first approach in enabling automated data driven decision makingyou’ll own and deliver CRM programmes to acquire and retain customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle using Blueconic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and Journey Builderlead, implement and improve lifecycle marketing campaigns, driving engagement, additional quotes and improved conversionwork with the Content and Design team to create engaging emails that target high open and click ratescontribute to a ‘test and learn’ approach to maximise results We’re looking for someone who is:knowledgable in all things email marketing and customer lifecycle management (this can be in any industry or systems)hands on with segmentation, dynamic content, and building/maintaining automated emailsable to demonstrate experimentation through A/B testing - one-time sends and automated campaignsskilled in independently managing big strategic projects from start to finishunderstanding of online and digital tech – and has a passion for digital marketing About Simply Business
