I am seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join a internationally recognised design consultancy in a senior capacity. In this position, you will be instrumental in the development and documentation of electronic hardware designs for various projects including medical devices, consumer and other industries. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and managing the electronics aspects of complex product development initiatives.

Electronics Engineer - Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and documenting electronic hardware for a range of products, with a focus on medical devices.
  • Contributing to the planning and management of electronics-related aspects within product development programs.
  • Leading the electronics team on development projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Interacting directly with clients and collaborating with team members from various disciplines.

Electronics Engineer - Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong hardware design skills, including circuit schematic design and PCB layout, with a minimum of five years' experience.
  • Proficiency in the complete electronics development lifecycle and adherence to rigorous quality management systems.
  • Experience in a leadership role, overseeing electronics teams and delivering solutions according to plan.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field from a reputable university.

Electronics Engineer - Additional Details:

  • Hands-on experience in board-level electronic hardware design, including microcontroller-based systems, digital peripherals, power supplies, and analog circuits.
  • Familiarity with low-power connectivity solutions such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, or Wi-Fi is advantageous.
  • Experience in motor drive systems, battery-powered devices, and antenna design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and project progress monitoring.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through formal presentations and written reports.
  • Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Dedication and enthusiasm for contributing to high-quality product development.

In return the successful the Electronics Engineer will receive:

  • �65,000 per annum.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
