Overseeing a team of Mechanical Managers Must have a good understanding of Life science projects Worked on projects with mechanical values of Nine Million SMSTS/CSCS Black Card is needed
Good understanding of the commercial aspects of construction
Reporting into a Divisional Director/Contracts Manager Responsible for weekly progress reports Will be the point of contract between client and contractor
