Our client are seeking a Senior Electrical HV Distribution Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our key clients in the Defence sector, providing crucial engineering support to the Power Distribution Group. Your expertise will be instrumental in network-level distribution projects involving both HV and LV plant.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and project leadership for significant and large-scale projects.
Propose, define, manage, and deliver major projects related to HV network and primary LV enhancements.
Act as a point of authority, advising on technical solutions, designs, and critical plant operational issues.
Manage work packages, including design, specification, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Requirements:
A relevant electrical engineering degree or equivalent.
Chartered Engineer status with a suitable professional institution.
