Senior Electrical Estimator

Bespoke Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join one of our client's within the Construction and M&E industry. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing electrical specifications and blueprints, estimating materials, labour, and equipment costs, preparing bids, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse electrical blueprints, drawings and specifications


• Estimate materials, labour, and equipment costs


• Prepare and submit accurate bids on time


• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure project timelines are met


• Identify and communicate cost-saving measures


• Maintain accurate records of bid data, awards, and contracts


• Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes and procedures

Requirements

• Experienced Presenting tenders to clients.


• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations


• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget


• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Estimating software


• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
