We have an exciting opportunity for aSenior Electrical Engineer to join our team as we grow our UK business.Area/Department descriptionDiggia are an international engineering group who provide a suite of services over a range of renewable energy assets; in particular electric vehicle charging infrastructure, ground mounted and rooftop commercial scale and utility scale solar PV, energy efficiency improvements and battery technology.Since 2002, we have developed different projects at a global level helping companies and public administrations with innovative, sustainable and human solutions and services. Our commitment is firm: to work to make a positive impact on our planet and on your life by offering sustainable and innovative solutions that help us fight CO2 emissions.Your missionLeadership, engineering management and undertaking of; feasibility studies, front-end electrical engineering design layouts for EV charging, solar PV and BESS projects.Oversee engineering team and manage workload assignment across the team.Lead the development of Basic Designs, company standards and procedures.Provide technical input for project management team.Prepare and review technical and non-technical reports.Sign-off design work for construction.Ensure technical designs meet all industry regulations and standards.Your profileProfessional qualification in electrical engineeringDisplays a proactive attitude and ability to use initiative.Ability to multi-task effectively in order to meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Displays a strong attention to detail.Displays creativity when proposing ideas and solutions.Demonstrates organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously.Displays a high level of IT competency, including Microsoft Office.What can the company offer you?An international and dynamic working environment, where innovation and decision-making are encouraged.
