Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, following a series of exciting contract wins and anticipated growth in the public sector, we are looking to newly recruit Senior Authorising Engineers (SAE), to implement Safe Systems of Work (SSoWs) across multiple, complex and critical accounts. We are looking for x1 Electrical and x1 Mechanical.
These roles will work across two major segments each containing multiple accounts, representing wholly contrasting client needs and ways of working, one being Healthcare, using HTM and the other JSP 375, we would require applicants to have some knowledge of both standards. The accounts are complex with large dedicated engineering teams, and a variety of internal and external stakeholder involvement. The SAE therefore while being highly technical must be comfortable collaborating effectively with a wide manner of competing interests and can navigate a matrix style organization.
Each account consist its own engineering resource plus leadership team, and are at different stages of their lifecycle, from recently mobilized to having been extended. As these are brand new roles reflecting business growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Authorising Engineer to progress their career to SAE level, with the chance to craft engineering standards across multiple accounts, working with SMEs for a world class employer who are looking to advance their reputation as a cutting edge Hard FM provider.
