Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for aMandarin Speaking E-commerce Manager/Senior E-commerce Executive roledepending on experience for the new B2C businessin a Logistics & Supply Chain companybased in Crawley. The company is a leading and highly successful UK service exporter to China.Job Requirements:Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing.Experience in managing the marketing team and liaising with the tech team.Minimum four years of solid experience in Chinese retail eCommerce.Leadership, management, and teamwork skills.Confidence in traffic analysis, tools for reporting, and optimization.Strong understanding of Chinese social media, KOLs, live streaming, and digital marketing.Background in Marketing/Technology.Strong background in Marketing and Technology.Strong Experience in attribution modeling, website speed optimization, conversion management, and sales journey optimization.Data analysis abilities to increase online traffic and sales.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:• Oversight and management of all B2C website activity daily.• Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy to improve website performance and sales.• Collaborate with the marketing team or manage digital marketers to improve the quality of the website and traffic acquisition.• Conduct data analysis and develop data-driven strategies.• Collaborate across departments to optimize and improve the online offering and consumer experience.• Directly manage and supervise digital marketing channels.• Directly report to the company's director.ReferralsIf you know anyone who may be suitable for the above role, feel free to get in contact with the Mandarin Recruitment team.
