Essential skillset:CEng (or working towards)Demonstrable experience of the full engineering lifecycle.Proven experience in attending FATs (Factory acceptance tests)Systems calculations, modelling and analysisSystem safety justificationsIn depth understanding of at least one of the following areas:- Instrumentation and control system theory including PID control, Electrical circuits design, EMC precautions and power supply characteristics- Safety Integrity Levels 1-4 (SIL) and BS EN 61508 or 61511- PLC programming to IEC (phone number removed) standardMUST be a UK National to be considered for this position as you will need at least BPSS clearance (SC or DV in some cases).
