Senior Early Careers Manager

My client, a reputable international Law Firm, are seeking to hire a Senior Early Careers Manager.This is a role for an already experienced Early Careers Manager, to step into a Senior Manager role, where they will be leading the function (team of 3 including this role) and have considerable strategic input.Key duties will include:Graduate Recruitment - selection process and assessment centres, planning of vacation schemes, design and delivery for work experience programmes etcGraduate Development - analysing performance, working with L&D in training requirements etcOverseeing seats rotationsOverall responsibility for the Trainee Solicitors and Solicitor Apprentices in due timeDeveloping strategies to pipeline future newly qualified SolicitorsManaging a Graduate Recruitment Development Advisor and AssistantThe Senior Early Careers Manager must have experience of leading on both Graduate Development and Recruitment for law firms previously. Strong communication and people skills are absolutely essential, as the role will involve dealing with senior stakeholders.
