With the residential market beginning to kick into gear again, we are looking for a Senior Document Controller to join one of the most instantly recognisable residential developers in London and the South East.
The Senior Document Controller will be working as part of a 14-strong technical team on a multi-phase new build mixed-use project consisting 2000 units and grounds in South East London.This particular project has 4 phases of development all at different stages, with the program set for completion in 2033 and the first of the buildings to be completed in 2025.
The Senior Document Controller will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 3 other Document Controllers across 2 projects – the one mentioned above and another flagship project.
hey will be using Asite – as is widely used across the business – and therefore will need to demonstrate comprehensive practical knowledge of this system.
A proven background in Document Control within a contractor/developer environment will be essential to come in and crack on from day one.
