In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Head of UK Operations, covering the staff and activities performed on behalf of BNYM London Branch and BNYM International Ltd.
The role will manage a small team providing operational oversight, reporting into the SMF24 for Operations.
Key responsibilities will include running governance processes covering all UK Operations activities, reporting responsibilities to the governance bodies of the two UK entities and managing UK regulatory relationships.
Provide primary point of escalation for Operational incidents and business continuity responses across UK Operations
Ensure continuing risk and control effectiveness and Global Operations strategies are delivered within region.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Senior Operations professional, with 15+ years of varied Operations experience.
Strong track record of risk and control management
Established in managing regulatory relationships, including on site visits and requests for information.
Understanding and experience of operating within the UK Senior Manager Regime, including certification requirements and appropriate governance structures.
Strong track record of people leadership.
