They are seeking a Digital Strategist to join a talented team of UX Designers, Product Owners, Engineers, and BAs, working closely with clients and internal departments to deliver cohesive, compelling, and well-conceived solutions. Role Overview
In this role, you'll bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating complex client challenges into actionable recommendations. You'll understand and help define clients' business needs, translating these into clear strategies that deliver real business and customer benefits. Your focus will be on both existing clients and new business, ensuring strategic alignment and identifying new opportunities. Responsibilities
Collaborate with client services and subject matter experts to deliver energizing workshops that inspire clients and uncover key insights. Identify and implement data measures to demonstrate the impact of delivered work. Create roadmaps that guide clients and delivery teams towards future vision states. Use consultative selling techniques to identify new opportunities. Shape strategic responses for new business engagements, creating compelling stories and visions for proposals.
About You
You are an experienced senior strategist with a background in a full-service digital agency or a small IT/digital consultancy. You have a solid understanding of flexible/composable and low/no code tech solutions and are enthusiastic about bringing ideas to life through proposals, pitches, and white papers. Strong understanding of how great design and flexible technology deliver desired business outcomes. Holistic systems thinking, recognizing the wider impacts of change on people, processes, and digital ecosystems. Ability to identify and manage risks and impacts when making recommendations. Communicate technical benefits in a simple and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders. Gravitas to guide senior stakeholders, demonstrating credible understanding of business challenges across industries. Effective teamwork skills, collaborating with diverse disciplines from Experience Designers to Solution Architects to Technical Team Leads.
