We are backed by leading investors including JP Morgan, Canapi Ventures, Shopify, Plaid, Tiger Global, PayPal Ventures, Index Ventures and American Express Ventures.Who do we need?We are looking for someone to join on a 9 month FTC to help us design and deliver on various projects that span across our departments and for different locales.We’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a startup environment and enjoys designing a broad range of material.
Tasks could include: Social media tiles, graphics of website design, crafting one pagers and producing visuals for blog posts. You will at times also be needed to help design client presentations and demos.Key Responsibilities
Manage your own design backlog, collaborating with colleagues to produce high-quality, production-ready designs aligned with business launch plans.
Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all work is on-brand and resonates with our audience.
Prioritise workload effectively and maintain transparent communication with the marketing team.
What you’ll bring to the team
Experience in a designing for a variety of tasks and projects
Technical expertise with figma, Adobe Illustrator and Indesign
Organisation and prioritisation: you will help understand the key requirements and ensure work is completed based on need.
Team focus- you work closely with your team and colleagues across Codat to ensure requirements are met.
Natural curiosity - you want to keep learning about us and our work so this can influence your design work.
Enthusiasm for your work- you care about your craft and use this to motivate yourself to keep learning.
