Salary:Location:Region: LondonHigh end, reputable developer with a long history of up market developments urgently seek an experienced project Development Manager.The developer concerned have a number of high end major apartment and mixed use schemes across London, they are known for quality and are known for rewarding staff with excellent incentives and benefits.The Development Manager required will need to be an experienced DM on Major Project delivery. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability and experience in running major schemes bringing all external and internal departments together and ensuring the scheme will be delivered on time and within budget. This person will need to be adaptable as often things do change and potentially not go exactly as planned and this person will need to deal with everything quickly and effectively.In return you can expect to get highly rewarded for your effort, be promoted if desired and have a continual supply of high end schemes to run which will only increase your portfolio of successes.
