Senior Development Finance Analyst

Boston Hale are currently working with one of the UKs largest Housing Associations to recruit for a Senior Development Finance Analyst on 1 year fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of financial services including:

• Partnering with budget holders to understand their business objectives
• Providing relevant management information to budget holders and assisting with the annual and project budgets
• Providing key financial information and advice on development schemes
• Assisting with the preparation of management and statutory accounts and KPIs
• Assess the financial exposure of development projects including risk analysis of schemes and make recommendations for actions that may be required

Essential experience:

• Part qualified with a recognised body
• Prior analytical experience within accounts
• Experience within property or a large complex organisation
• Advanced analytical skills including Excel and Financial Information Systems
• Excellent communication skills
