Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shiny Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Shiny development, preferably with team lead experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skills in designing and developing complex applications using Shiny, as well as expertise in custom JavaScript calls within Shiny. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range and the ideal candidate should be able to start within 6 - 8 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex Shiny applications, ensuring high quality and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Shiny development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Shiny development
- Experience in team leadership is preferred
- Strong skills in designing and developing complex applications using Shiny
- Proficiency in custom JavaScript calls within Shiny
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
