Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer, you will work with your team to deliver exceptional creative work across a variety of client briefs, spanning multiple sectors: FMCG, B2B, Healthcare and Hospitality.
The Role:
Work across a range of clients to deliver world class end-to-end creative; from initial concept stages of work through to final design
Work in a creative team across different project types; packaging design, brand identities and digital activations
Play an important role in various project teams, supporting middleweight and junior designers
Under the guidance of the Design Director and / or Creative Director on each brief, conceptualise various routes, producing exceptional creative work
Requirements:
Have experience working in a similar agency environment
Passionate about design, staying up to date with the latest insights and have a strong understanding of how brands engage with their target audiences.
Have worked on both print and digital focused briefs
Have worked on creative work for brands of all sizes – global giants through to smaller start ups
Strong communicator and strong understanding of key design terminology
Able to manage your own workflow and deliver according to the timelines outlined by your Client Services team
You are a team player and able to take direction and learn from feedback
Have energy and love to push the boundaries and maximise creativity however can understand how to stay true to a client brief
