Job DescriptionA medium sized firm in London offering hybrid working and a beautiful office space is looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join their team of 25 looking to grow to 35 in the next coming months. A firm best known for creating experiences for well known brands. Your role within this team will be to design exciting places to visit and eat. The Senior Designer is a Team Leader in charge of delivering reports, with close support from the master planning management. Responsibilities: Strategy development for the retail neighbourhood and leisure spaces. Integrating research and conceptual thinking into planning diagrams that inform externalArchitectural Team masterplans. Attending Client & Subconsultant meetings. Running, presenting, and developing the project. Briefing specialists and managing outputs. Documentation and presentations. In charge of the team’s production of information, organisation of the Project File and review processes. Requirements and skills:• Architectural / master planning background. • Good teamwork and management skills. • Using conceptual principles to develop strategies. • Delivery of advanced area schedules. • An ability to create excel sheets that tabulate creative decision-making into sequences, that can be developed into automation processes. • Confident and articulate communicator in meetings. • Good organisational & detail-focused presentation skills. • Decision-making autonomy and ability to work remotely. Software:• InDesign • Excel, Word and Powerpoint • Photoshop • AutoCAD OR Rhino• Sketch Up (Ideal but not essential) • Grasshopper • Hand-drawing
