My client is a reputable main contractor delivering the Industrial, Distribution & Logistics projects.

This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Senior Design Manager to tender on a range of Industrial projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this Senior Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

- Knowledge of Building Sector.

- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager or Preconstruction Manager.

- Ideally previous experience on Industrial projects.

-Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects, if they have strong preconstruction / tender experience.

- Previous Main Contractor employment essential - High level of communication skills. - Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc)
