Senior Design Manager (Major Project Lead)

Fawkes and Reece are currently working on an exceptional opportunity for an established Senior Design Manager which involves taking on a Project Lead role on a major scheme in East London.

The business is a market leading Tier 1 main contractor who have built an enviable reputation over recent years through successful project delivery over a wide variety of sectors with projects ranging from �50m to �500m in value. Their core sectors include residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and data centres. Due to the success of the business, they have managed to attract some of the most talented individuals in the construction industry across all disciplines which has in turn which has helped them become one of the leading contractors in the UK.

This role will be to lead the business's latest flagship scheme in London with a project value in excess of �450m. The role will also have the added responsibility of managing an internal design team of 4-5 people as well as teams of external consultants.

The ideal candidate should be able to display experience working with a major contractor with a mix of sector experience as well as having delivered project in excess of �100m.
