Your Role:

• Tender Leadership:�Select and guide a top-tier design team, aligning scope and services with ambitious project timelines.


• Design Excellence:�Drive the creation of innovative, sustainable, and safe healthcare environments from concept to completion.


• Strategic Collaboration:�Work closely with key stakeholders and specialist subcontractors to deliver exceptional design solutions.


• Quality Assurance:�Oversee design processes, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

We Need You To:

• Demonstrate extensive experience in leading healthcare project designs.


• Exhibit strong leadership, planning, and time management skills.


• Possess a deep understanding of D&B contracts and client procurement routes.


• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and View Point for Projects.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a construction-related field.


• A minimum of twelve years of experience in the construction industry.


• Proven track-record of delivering world class design for healthcare facilities.
