With their customer led approach they have adapted and over the last 5 years and gone from solely being an ICP to delivering full turnkey solutions.They are now looking for their next Senior Design Engineer to join them on their journey who is looking for long term positions and professional growth.What you'll be doing!Ensuring designs minimize risks and meet regulatory requirements.Implement company-wide policies and risk management.Lead Design and Graduate Engineers, ensuring accountability for design standards.Fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and designers.Drive improvements to reduce project timescales.Support in securing new business through client relationships.Compliance: Ensure company compliance with accreditation schemes.What you'll needElectrical Power Engineering Qualification or equivalent experience.Full UK Driving Licence.UK market experience within the last 5 years with DNO, IDNO, or ICP.Leadership experience preferred.Membership to IET or IEEE would be beneficial
