Responsibilities:
The chosen Senior Design Engineer will play a pivotal role within the business helping them to deliver their impressive pipeline of projects. Responsibilities will include:
The designing of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage projects.
Providing design expertise support to the wider team in the development of projects.
Finalizing and singing off designs before delivery.
Being the go-to technical and design expertise person for any support required in the development of projects
Managing less experienced members of the team and providing mentorship to those who need it.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Design Engineer within the renewable energy sector.
Proven experience within renewables energies such as BESS, Solar or Wind.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to engineering challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
