Job DescriptionReporting to the VP Marketing, the Senior Manager of Demand Generation has ultimate responsibility for maximising the effectiveness and efficiency of our demand generation, demand capture and growth marketing engine. This is a newly created role following an internal restructure with the aim of increasing performance - and an awesome opportunity to make an incredible impact and step into leadership. You will be an experienced demand generation all rounder with the strategic thinking to build brilliant plans for today and tomorrow - but excited and ready to be extremely hands-on in execution from day one. Reporting to you will be an Events and Partner Manager and a freelance resource to manage google ads campaigns, with scope to build the team further within a year upon development of the strategy. You will manage a significant budget and be accountable for driving pipeline development, revenue generation (both direct and via the channel) and customer loyalty - to support our ambitious growth goals. This role can be based in either London or Manchester.The Right Candidate:Significant marketing experience in the software industry in demand generation or growth marketing positionsProvable track record of driving demand and loyalty throughout the B2B funnel from awareness to customer retentionYou are passionate and knowledgeable about the MarTech and AdTech industry, with a deep understanding of mid-market and enterprise sales and buyer journeys You’re an excellent writer and communicator and know how to translate messaging into powerful marketing copy You’re the magical blend of strategic and tactical, creative and data obsessed - you enjoy working at the big picture and detailed levelsYou’re a driven self-starter; highly accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentYou have strong interpersonal skills; a great collaborator able to build strong relationships across functionsYou have the management prowess to build and lead a high performing team, ensuring individual contributors are impact focussed, data-driven and achieving their highest potentialKnowledge of the MEDDPICC framework and building marketing campaigns to support it. Responsibilities: Define, plan, execute and measure the strategies for awareness and demand generation, taking full ownership of tactics like paid search, paid social, ABM, email, webinars, events and direct mail.Build and implement customer marketing strategies focussing on driving adoption, value and retention in our customer base. Build and deliver our channel marketing strategy to drive to and through channel campaigns that build new partner relationships and maximise impact from them. Ensure effective interlocks and collaboration with the wider marketing team and cross functionally with sales, SDRs, Customer Success and Partnerships to ensure alignment and effectiveness of our GTMCreate compelling ad and campaign copy and create and optimise landing pages to maximise conversions.Working with sales and SDRs to deliver enablement and processes for campaign creation, lead follow up and data hygieneAccountability for the full demand funnel metrics, ensuring holistic reporting and conversion optimisation of the marketing funnel, from MQL to renewal, maintaining a world-class user experience while achieving our OKRs Working closely with Marketing Operations to identify, test and implement new technologies that drive enhanced customer experience and efficiency Design and execute best-in-class nurture programs, employing regular A/B testing to educate and convert leads.Continuously seek opportunities for optimisation, efficiency, scalability and growth.
