Role Description
As Senior Demand Generation Director, Growth Marketing,you will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue generation on a global scale. This pivotal role is part of the Global Growth Marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Growth Marketing, where you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to propel IPG Mediabrands' growth trajectory worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives
Utilize world-class CRM solutions and account-based marketing techniques
Manage third-party lead generation agencies and foster collaboration with global and local teams
Drive a global strategy for qualified leads, conversions, and revenue growth
Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns
Collaborate across teams to integrate activities with overall marketing initiatives
Create and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, events, webinars, and partnerships
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
Implement programs to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel
Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights for a data-driven approach
Understand lead scoring and enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle including MQLs and SQLs
Collaboration and Content Development:
Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create compelling messaging and content
Identify and implement innovative demand generation tactics and channels to enhance campaign effectiveness
Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation team, beginning with a CRM Manager and the opportunity for expansion
Work closely with the VP of Growth Marketing to align campaigns with overall business and growth strategies
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven demand generation experience, ideally within the marketing or advertising industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation strategies
Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is an asset
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
