Senior Delivery Manager

Senior Delivery Manager (Technical)required to work with a Government department. This is an initial 12-month contract, paying £695 a day, inside IR35, Hybrid working (National base office).This role is SC Cleared: Candidates who hold an active SC Clearance are encouraged to apply. Main Responsibilities: As a senior delivery manager, you'll be able to deliver complex, high-risk technology projects and services, such as devices, applications, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.You will have strong communication skills and engage with senior stakeholders.You'll have experience across a range of products and services, throughout the entire lifecycle, and have greater responsibility and accountability as the main point of escalation.You'll be experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, supporting, and continuously improving products of significant scale and complexity.You'll be responsible for building, maintaining and motivating teams; protect the team and make sure the team collaborates to focus on what is most important.You'll coach team members and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement in the team. You will proactively manage dependencies and risks to overcome obstacles to delivery.
