Senior Delivery Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager. This exciting role incorporates a combination of Digital Product, Project Management and Account Managementand would suit someone who has held an equivalent digital agency position, at a mid to senior level.About this roleThe Delivery Manager looks after the end-to-end delivery of transactional and business-critical digital solutions, while maintaining strong partnerships with our high-profile and varied clients.You’ll be working in a multi-disciplinary team of talented individuals who are equally passionate and collaborative. As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your clients and internal development team.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for project planning and roadmap definition with efficient team scheduling to ensure delivery to scope, time, budget, meeting quality and KPIsManage several diverse, engaging clients and build strong long-term partnerships with key pro-activityDiligently control and own the end-to-end delivery process balancing profitability and quality, risk and change, retainers, monitoring progress and producing thorough scoping documentation and status reportsCo-ordinate and lead a joined up internal team of experts to scope digital marketing, web builds, performance driven solution changes and ongoing support and maintenanceThoroughly understand our clients and their business, with the ability and knowledge of our solutions to proactively suggest solutions and provide digital consultancyPreparation and ongoing maintenance of appropriate project documentation in each phaseSkills and experienceAn excellent understanding of how digital solutions are built at a ‘mechanical’ level (more than functional, yet not necessarily technical) and broader digital aspects such as SEO and hosting principlesA confident and collaborative individual who is passionate about delivering high quality solutions to clientsExperience (ideally 3 years+) delivering digital projects using a PM methodology (ideally SCRUM, or PRINCE2)Essential experience (ideally 3 years+) within a digital agency, preferably design & build, or marketing with design & build (versus campaign or pure marketing focussed)Experience using PM tools such as Jira and Scoro (or similar equivalents such as Synergist, Workbook, Silversoft, and many others)Process-driven and able to show outstanding attention to detail to ensure consistent quality for both client and internal communicationAble to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, from developers in your team to C-Suite client stakeholdersProud of providing exceptional service and quality, ensuring a happy clientThis role offers a salary ranging from circa £35-45K for Mid-Level Delivery Manager and £45-55k for Senior Delivery Manager,subject to skills and experience. Please state your salary requirements upon application.LocationOur head office is in Oxfordshire . We welcome UK-based applicants and operate hybrid working .
