Our goal is to build a world where every resident can sleep safely at night, knowing their home is 100% compliant.By delivering the highest-quality service, continuously championing our values and going above and beyond to succeed, we can achieve our growth mission and make the UK safer, one home at a time.We do this, through our unique methodology;Think – Challenging our people to create ideas that provide solutions for a safer, more affective, and risk averse business future.Protect – Translating research into resilient and practical applications that allow people and businesses to achieve their best in safer, better protected environments.Sustain – Developing partnerships built on mutual trust and understanding the needs of a client to deliver better value.Ranked in the top 25 best service companies to work for in the UK, we now have a rewarding career opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer / Business Intelligence Developer within our IT team but also working closely with our Sales team.Key Requirements:Data & AnalysisEffectively analyse business requirements and deliver accurate and effective reporting and insights to drive business decisionsExcellent ability to understand the Senior Leadership Teams data requirements and quickly turn them into meaningful PowerBi reportsResponsible for building and maintaining advanced Postgres SQL Queries.Creating salesforce reportsSupport stakeholders to identify reporting needs and requirementsEffectively plan and execute activities such as data cleansing, data migration, ETL, data modelling and mappingResponsible for developing DAX queries and functions in Power BI.Training & SupportProvide appropriate training and materials for delivered solutions.Identify data integrity issues and assist to design solution fixesEnsure issues are investigated and resolved to all stakeholders’ satisfactionProject ManagementManage allocated data and analytics projects, to ensure these are successfully delivered on time.Effectively communicate with stakeholders, meet on regular basis to provide project updates.Relationships, team work & Continuous ImprovementAssist in team projects where required.Build strong relationships with key stakeholdersYour profile5 years of experience as a BI Developer and Data Engineer.Data visualisation & BI development experience using Power BI.Proficiency in Postgres SQL, DAX And Power Query M Formula Language is required.Ability to Generate Salesforce CRM reportsThirst for new skillsKnowledge of industry leading best practices in Business Intelligence roles.Great communicatorTeam playerSelf-starter with drive and ambitionThirst for new skillsWhat we look for in our peopleFirstly, we embrace the value of Athletes Grit.
