Our team’s ultimate mission is to enable our clients to be truly data-driven in their operations.If you enjoy drawing insights from data and like working with clients to convert their ambiguous requests into real reports, you will love this role. Join our team to help inform the most important HR decisions a top employer makes based on Benivo data analysis. You will:Consultation and Needs Assessment – proactively seek out context and understand data requirements or business needs to develop pragmatic reporting solutionsData Preparation – clean, validate, and transform data into a usable format to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and relevance for analysisData Analysis and Interpretation – uncover meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making and better HR relocation program performanceReport Generation and Visualization – create reports and visualizations to present analysis or data findings in a clear and understandable mannerData Quality – identify data discrepancies or anomalies, and collaborate with other teams to resolve data-related issuesProject Management: Independently manage data-related projects, prioritize tasks, estimate and meet deadlinesRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical roleStrong track record of delivering data-driven insights and uncovering compelling stories with dataDemonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct data discrepancies, errors, and anomaliesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExpert proficiency in SQL, Python and/or other data analysis programming languagesAbility to work with third party reporting tools such as Zoho Analytics, MixPanel, Tableau, Power BI.Strong written and verbal communicationExperience collaborating effectively with teams in different parts of the businessProactive and results-drivenContract: full time, permanentJob location: applications across the UK are welcome.
