Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Customer Success ManagerLocation: Belfast (Hybrid)Unfortunately, VISA applications will not be accepted for this role.Role Overview:As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll:Dive deep into the market and user needs to ensure product-market fit.Articulate product and vision as a trusted advisor.Manage client relationships daily, ensuring delivery, training, adoption, and satisfaction.Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics to enhance product delivery.Advocate for the user and product, driving growth and impact.Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, engaging in various aspects of the business.Top-line Requirements:5-7 years of customer success or account management experience with a focus on setting up or heavily involved in setting up Customer Success functions and best practices.Passion for startup culture and its opportunities.Proficiency in project management, delivery, and agile methodologies.Background in data analytics and e-commerce.Customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.Preferred:Market knowledge in retail, CPG, sports, or ticketing.Experience in SAAS and startup scale-up environments.Familiarity with customer research methodologies.Any further questions on the role, please feel free to contact Brendan McCrory on LinkedIn.
