Role: Senior Customer Service Advisor
Location: Calcot, Reading
Salary: Up to �29,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Mon-Fri 08.00am-17.00pm or 09.00am-18.00pm + 1 in 5 Sat 09.00am-13.00pm
I am working with a leading brand client to support the in recruiting a permanent Senior Customer Service Advisor for their offices in Calcot, Reading. To assist each customer with highly individualised customer care. As well as answering simple or complex customer questions, the Senior Customer Service Advisor is fully empowered to provide bespoke solutions, which ensure that every customer received customer excellence with each interaction.
