Selfridges has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to join the Customer Analytics Team
As a Senior Customer Data Analyst, you will:
You can expect to work daily using Salesforce CRM Analytics
Work with fellow analysts and managers to create accessible, relevant, and actionable analyses, using multiple sources of data.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on key customer KPIs understand the drivers of their performance
Analyse large data sets to provide business output that informs relevant and targeted customer engagement strategies
Build Einstein Analytics (EA) dashboards, manage EA user access and deliver training to new users
Work closely with Customer Analytics Manager to create and maintain the analytics’ roadmap to support short- and long-term goals
Lead analytics projects, dealing comfortably with ambiguity.
Abit about you
The Ideal Candidate
+2 years of practical experience as an analyst in data-driven organizations
Proven experience dealing with large, complex datasets of different varieties (e.g. digital data, transactional data, marketing data) and evidence of being able to transform data into actionable insights
Extensive understanding of the core KPIs for measuring success (uplift / incremental calculations, experience with designing, using & maintaining control groups)
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and aggregation of data
Time management skills: Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
Passionate about the customer - you are passionate about improving the customer experience through delivering actionable insight
A passion for solving new problems, learning new skills and furthering your understanding along the way.
