Turn budgeted new customer targets into commercially robust marketing plans that deliver growth goals. Work closely with the performance marketing, analytics and commercial finance teams to understand the impact of investment and communicate clear actions to in-ternal and external teams that improve performance. Identify clear insights from a creative, product, channel and audience level that can be used to directly improve future performance and using these insights to influence key internal stakeholders across various internal departments. Identifying and testing new channels or techniques in order to unlock potential sources of new customers. THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a growth marketing or performance marketing role A strong commercial marketing background with experience driving profitable growth A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and full funnel campaigns Experience of using channels beyond Digital to acquire new customers Effective agency management as well as hands on platform experience Experience of working cross functionally to influence change Experience of US paid media activations A BIT ABOUT YOU
