JOB ROLE
Working at LK Bennett is more than just a job and becoming our Junior CRM Manager means you will be at the forefront of our luxury business. In this role you will be working within the Digital team to own and execute a solid CRM strategy built for longevity, in line with the company’s brand goals. You'll play an integral part in getting to know our customer to elevate, shape and personalise their LK Bennett experience. You’ll have a strong focus on maximising customer acquisition and retention through relevance of messaging, reaching email KPIs and ideally be a blend of strategic, creative and analytical thinking. The role will report into the Digital Marketing Manager to support the overarching digital strategy and business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work across departments to map out all CRM activity in line with the trade calendar, whilst maintaining a reactive approach to the needs of the business.
Own and manage the ESP, Emarsys – monitoring and reporting on all CRM Campaigns (BAU, Automated, Web Channel), as well as delivering new strategies built to support wider Digital KPI’s.
Own the creative process from briefing and building to scheduling all BAU emails using the ESP Emarsys and be the BAU main point of contact.
Refresh campaign creatives across all triggered email journeys at the start of each season e.g. Welcome Emails, Abandon Basket etc.
Own weekly email performance review to interpret data and insights of all CRM Marketing activity, (including putting forward test and learn tactics) to generate learnings for future activity.
Present concise and valuable insight on CRM performance to major stakeholders.
Own and lead CRM discussions relating to wider business initiatives.
Work collaboratively and proactively across departments.
WHO YOU ARE
2 years of relevant and proven experience within CRM including ownership of ESP platform.
Experience in Loyalty is a bonus.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to deliver change and measurable results.
Customer centric approach – a solid understanding of audience segmentation and lifecycle.
Must be confident in collaborating, presenting and leading conversations across the business.
A challenger and innovation driver with impeccable attention to detail and a proactive mentality.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a reactive approach.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage projects simultaneously.
