Would you like to join a well-renowned leisure & entertainment firm, where customers are at the heart of what they do? We are looking for a skilled Senior CRM Executive to be an integral part of our client’s marketing team based in London or Manchester.
This role is ideal for you if you:
Have a keen interest in CRM within the leisure & entertainment industry.
Are looking to leverage your skills in setting up customer journeys, and automation skills to make an impact to the business.
Want to play a crucial role in generating revenue and coming up with customer retention & loyalty programs.
Essential Skills for the Perfect Candidate:
2 -3 + years of experience within CRM and setting up customer journeys and automated flows.
Understanding of copywriting and light experience within it.
Have experience within the B2C industry.
In this Role, You Will:
Take the lead and manage all existing customer value growth marketing initiatives, developing a test-and-learn approach to improve performance.
Improve CLV and customer journeys.
Plan and operate targeted communication campaigns and use customer data to personalize comms and offers.
Focus on building retention and loyalty programs.
