They have an brilliant opportunity for a Senior CRM Executive to join their Digital Marketing and Brand team.Senior CRM Executive - The RoleThe Senior CRM Executive will deliver CRM & email strategies that drive engagement, retention, and conversion across the brand.Responsibilities include:Manage crm strategy with ownership across campaign planning, execution and forecastingAnalysing customer behaviour to create targeted strategies to drive desired behaviour through segmentation, personalisation, identifying new touch points and further optimisation of existing flowsNurturing the customer through each lifecycle stage from welcome to post-purchase flows identifying valuable customer touch points by analysing customer behaviour.Championing customer insights and driving loyalty though seamless, on-brand communicationsOwnership of A/B testing programme and optimisation plansImplementing improvements and tailoring future campaigns to keep increasing the open and click-through rates and to drive conversion, sales, and increase loyaltyWork collaboratively with the brand team to suggest seasonally specific email campaignsSenior CRM Executive - Key Skills2-3 years of relevant and proven experience within CRM including ownership of ESP platform (Emarsys is a plus)Experience in Loyalty is a bonus.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to deliver change and measurable results.Customer centric approach – a solid understanding of audience segmentation and lifecycle.Must be confident in collaborating, presenting and leading conversations across the business.A challenger and innovation driver with impeccable attention to detail and a proactive mentality.If this is the Senior CRM Executive role for you then APPLY NOW !
