The Company:
This is a super exciting opportunity to work for a well-known British retailer, seeking a strategic and creative Senior Retention Executive to implement retention marketing plans through targeted personalised communications. You will own the execution of automated communications through channels such as direct mail, SMS, email, and push channels.
The ideal candidate will thrive on working omnichannel with a customer-first mindset, and the ability to define strategy and drive implementation. A proven track record of delivering commercial growth through CRM and personalisation strategies is a must.

The Senior Retention Executive will:
Lead campaign and personalisation execution across all consumer touchpoints to deliver growth and improved retention of customers, from concept to delivery, across a customer's lifecycle starting by nurturing our new customers, engaging and retaining them and driving frequency, finally to winning them back
Define, implement and optimise triggered email, SMS and in-app (push) programmes
Communicate and show a strategic mindset and vision to key stakeholders
Lead the CRM marketing calendar, collaborating with the Product and Sales Teams
Line manage 1 direct report
Report on all retention activities and performance across the multiple divisions across the retailer
Requirements:
Advanced CRM and Lifecycle experience, 2+ years
Retail, e-commerce or consumer-focused background
Advanced understanding of ESPs and CRM systems, SAP Marketing Cloud/Emarsys is preferred
Strong understanding of GDPR regulations
Strong analytical and strategic skills
