Job DescriptionWe are excited to announce that due to internal career progression, we have a vacancy for a Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our Credit Risk team. To be successful in the Credit Risk Manager role you will have a strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable ability to adapt your style and messaging dependant on audience and setting. Day to day you will be responsible for controlling and analysing all areas of Retail and Wholesale risk, including structural, new business and accounting risk according to IFRS9 standards. Ensuring that reporting deadlines are met with accuracy and with relevance. Identifying potential risk and opportunities to Management, Head of Credit Risk and HQ when required. Supporting other areas of the business on Risk related subjects such as Pricing calculations and Residual Value (RV) settingWhat you will do:Manage the quality of the new business, ensuring the accepted risk is within budgetWorking with Finance and the Head of Credit Risk to deliver risk forecasts and budgets for both wholesale and retail activities with evidence.Support all Operational areas by ensuring the Risk team provide accurate and timely data and risk assumptionsManage, develop and motivate a team of analysts with a wide scope of functions ensuring good succession of experience is embedded into the teamComply with all relevant legislation at all times and guidance from the Regulators (FCA, PRA, ECB)What you will have: High level of commercial awareness and understanding of strategic direction of company and potential market and economic impacts on riskExpert level of Excel; preferably have knowledge of data management tools such as Alteryx or Power BIExcellent analytical and presentation skillsExperience in managing a team with a transversal working ethicHighly numerate with a logical and methodical approach; preferably with good degree in Mathematics or StatisticsWho is Mobilize Financial Services?We are the financial partner of Renault group brands and we also operate for Nissan and Mitsubishi.
