Senior Credit Controller

RG Consultancy are proud to be working with an established software company who are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join their dynamic Finance Team. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Director and will be responsible for the credit control function in the business.Credit ControlPursuing timely payment from all customers.Collaborating with the finance team on payment allocation and withholding tax, maintaining the integrity of the debtors list.Conducting monthly meetings with the Finance Director/UK Operations Manager to address any outstanding matters.Adhering to escalation procedures as necessary.Customer InvoicingGenerating customer invoices according to directives from the Project Manager and adhering to customer-specific processes.Regularly reviewing outstanding project milestones to ensure accurate billing timelines.Compiling a monthly forecast of invoicing for presentation to the board.Examining outstanding support invoices and providing feedback to the Management accountant on any identified issues.Project SetupCollaborating with Project Managers to establish new projects on MS Dynamics (full training provided).Alerting the Management accountant to projects with unique billing requirements.Supporting the maintenance of Quality Assurance (QA) documentation and Document Control.Coordinating with the Dynamics team to automate Project Statements and other manual documents.Assisting the sales team with commission statements when needed.BenefitsHybrid working 3 days from home.Quarterly and annual bonusses.25 days holidays + bank.Pension scheme 5% employer contribution.Flexible working hours (3pm finish available).Life Insurance.Health care scheme.
